1. Information We Collect

When you submit a review on our site, we collect your name (or nickname), email address, and the content of your review. We also collect standard web analytics data such as page views, browser type, and approximate geographic location through anonymised analytics tools. We do not collect payment information.

2. How We Use Your Information

Review submissions are used to display your review on our website and moderate content for accuracy and compliance. Your email address is used only for review moderation correspondence and is never displayed publicly. Analytics data is used in aggregate form to improve site content and user experience.

3. Cookies

We use essential cookies to ensure the website functions correctly, and optional analytics cookies (with your consent) to understand visitor behaviour. You may disable cookies in your browser settings at any time without affecting core site functionality. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies for third-party advertising purposes.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except where required by law or to provide core site functionality (e.g., hosting providers). We do not share review data with Oshi Casino or any affiliated casino operator.

5. Data Retention

Published reviews are retained for as long as the site is active. You may request deletion of your review and associated data at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, please contact us by email. Australian users may also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) if they believe their privacy rights have been violated.

7. Security

We implement industry-standard SSL encryption and follow best-practice security procedures to protect data submitted through this site. No method of internet transmission is 100% secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
